Day 2 in Taiwan

Today was the day we headed to Fengyuan to visit with the folks at TWCA, the agency we used to adopt Elli.  We started off with a taxi ride to Taipei Main Station, then took the express train from there to Fengyuan.  We took another taxi from there to TWCA, and met Caridee there.  Elli was nearly bouncing off the walls, despite having been up since 3:30 am because she was so excited to see her foster mother!

Mrs. Liao showed up very soon, and Elli took off running to give her hugs!  We had a lovely visit with her and gave her the book we had made from the families we have met that all share her as their foster mother.  She read it and started to cry when she realized what it was!  She also got emotional when she realized that several of the families had met and she found out her foster children knew each other and had played together.

After our visit at TWCA, we headed back on the train.  Elli really wanted to visit "the children's museum" in the Eslite book store we had read about online.  It turns out not to be so much of a museum, but there were some fun activities to do that Elli is anxious to return to while Mommy, Daddy, and Sebastian get Sebby's Visa on Tuesday.  We finished the evening with dinner and a metro ride back to the hotel.  Elli fell asleep literally 2 minutes after we tucked her in bed... Or maybe sooner, as we didn't check before then.  Jeremy made it to 7:30 before falling asleep, and once I get the pictures in this post, I am headed that way, too!
